I am trying to find out which mill my Grandfather worked in. It was a Worsted Mill and he was a sorter, later overseer. He lived at Damems and then Oakworth and went to work on the Keighley and Worth Valley railway. I don't know whether he worked at the same mill all his working life or several different ones.
Does anyone know if there is a way of finding out? Are there any lists of workers anywhere? I know he was in the trade union. Ancestry has some trade union lists but not for textile workers.
Any help would be appreciated.
