Yorkshire > West Yorkshire > Longwood > Imperial Mills
Built as a paper works in the early 20th century, the buildings were converted to woollen manufacture after 1918. The complex is small and comprises one and two-storeyed structures. Two sheds, one built before and one after conversion to textile use, have Belfast roof trusses. A small engine house accommodated a gas engine, which provided power for the mill.
