We live on Bramleigh Grove, just off Rooms Lane. Our garden backs onto Springfield Park and at the back of our fence is very high trees which obstructs the sunshine all day and is very much a great concern regarding any one of them falling on our house especially in certain weather conditions.

We have being given a quote to have these chopped half way down but we are struggling to find out who owns the land so we could contact them and ask permission. If you have any contact details regarding this we would be very grateful for any information.

We are on Springfield Lane and have the same issue with the land ownership. Leeds City Council aledlgley claim to own the road when it suits!so they may know. But I think Persimmons may still own it as they built the houses.The mill was owned by Hield bros and they were in Bradford if they if they are still going.
