Built in 1912 to designs by William H Sharp of Bradford as worsted-weaving mill of typical form with small warehouse and attached shed. Mill had fifty-four looms in 1928, less than in the average Bradford weaving mill. Power was supplied first by a gas engine, later by an electric motor.
