Built in 1913 by Waterloo Weaving Company, previously room arid power tenants in nearby Waterloo Mills. The firm probably wove mixed worsted and cotton cloth. Mill comprises small weaving shed and engine house, the latter originally with a gas engine. Shed has I-sectioned steel beams and angle-Iron roof trusses. Later additions included warehouse, shed extensions, new engine house and a building with Belfast roof trusses.
