Yorkshire > West Yorkshire > Slaithwaite > Bridge Street Mill
Steam-powered woollen mill, probably established in 1875 and occupied by firm of woollen manufacturers. At time of destructive fire in 1902, complex comprised a mill, engine and boiler houses, chimney, offices and sheds, the last probably built for weaving. Mill largely rebuilt as five-storeyed building of reinforced concrete construction, powered from earlier engine house. Demolished.
